"Rob showed me the benefits of moving to a combi boiler so we could have a tankless hot water system. We settled on a Rinnai combi boiler and are delighted with the outcome. I decided to have them quote on installing a heat pump — Rob worked very hard to make it fit into our budget. We chose a Fujitsu heat pump on his recommendation. The work was completed very competently with minimal disruption. His installation crew (Rob B, Jaret, Sean, and Corey) were competent, respectful and efficient. They were professional, quick to provide a quote, and once we confirmed, they arranged the replacement for the very next day.
